HDR Photography
"High Dynamic Range" (HDR) refers to a technology used in imaging and photography to reproduce a greater dynamic range of luminosity than is possible with standard digital imaging or photographic techniques. In simpler terms, HDR allows for more detail to be captured in both the brightest and darkest parts of an image, resulting in more vibrant and true-to-life pictures. The process requires multiple exposures to meld together into one image.
Flambient Photography
Flambient photography is a technique that combines flash and ambient light to create high-quality images for real estate or architecture. The term comes from the words "flash" and "ambient". Flambient photography involves taking multiple images of a space, at least one with only ambient light and one with flash or artificial light. The ambient image captures the natural lighting, mood, and shadows of the space, while the flash image captures the colors of the walls, furniture, and flooring. We use a Hybrid HDR + Flambient technique for most properties, which helps balance bright windows with darker interiors, preserve exterior views, and reveal interior details. It captures the best features of each technique. While it make take additional time on-site and additional time during the photo-editing, the result is a natural-looking image that can attract potential buyers and eliminate color-casting issues, which is a problem usually associated to HDR-only Real Estate Photography.
Drone Photography
Drone photography services provide aerial photography and videography using drones (unmanned aerial systems). We use drones equipped with high-resolution cameras to capture stunning aerial shots for various purposes, such as real estate listings, marketing materials, and cinematographic creations. Drone photography offers a unique perspective, allowing for creative and dynamic shots that are not possible with traditional photography methods. I'm an FAA Licensed UAS Remote Pilot.
Cinematic Walk-Through Video
Professional Real Estate Photography is just one way to capture the buyer's attention. 3D Virtual Tours are also a popular option. However, cinematic videos are lately in high demand due to their unique features and ability to create emotional responses from your audience. Cinematic Walk-Through videos of your home is the perfect way to show your property's high value and key differentiating aspects. Videos tell the story in a creative and original way. We offer up to 2 minutes of video, including aerial shots, transitions and background music. We are sure this will attract many more buyers to your listing.
